Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) has set up a community center for needy women, especially women and orphan girls, in which the needy women are being trained in various skills including sewing, embroidery, gardening, farming and other craft skills are taught. The sewing and embroidery center currently has sewing machines and related equipment for sewing and embroidery and the center also has female instructors who are supervising the center along with training. Approx 30 women are benefiting from this center. During spring 2024, 30 women were given different vegetable seeds from this center. Further, from this center, the women of the surrounding villages will also be trained in kitchen gardening. Manufacturing of good quality food items at home and various handicraft projects will also be made a part of this community center. The target of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) is to train at least 500 women in a year, in which the number of widows and orphans will be more than 60%. On 20 May 2024, in a function organized at the Community Center Thesi, a large number of respectable of the area participated and appreciated the work of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered). Dr. Muhammad Nazir Awan spoke on this occasion. While talking to the residents, he put his other projects in front of them and once again vowed to complete all his projects with great speed.

Dr. Muhammad Nazir Awan S/O Mir Akbar was born on June 15,1964 in Balochistan City Machh. He received his primary education from his village  Thessi  and continued his higher studies from Rawalpindi. Dr.Muhammad Nazir Awan  earned his PhD in Microbiology from Islamia University, Bahawalpur.

Dr. Muhammad Nazir Awan S/O Mir Akbar was born on June 15,1964 in Balochistan City Machh. He received his primary education from his village  Thessi  and continued his higher studies from Rawalpindi. Dr.Muhammad Nazir Awan  earned his PhD in Microbiology from Islamia University, Bahawalpur. In 1984, he commenced his career as a Microbiologist at Al Baida Central Hospital in Libya. Subsequently, he served at the Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad and the Ministry of Health at the main Central Hospital in Umm-ul Qawain, Abu Dhabi in 1989. Dr.Muhammad Nazir Awan has made significant contributions as a social activist, completing 20 community projects at his own expense.
