Education

There is a need for revolutionary measures in the field of education. The condition of education in Pakistan is not good and the quality of the education is also not that good. On top of that, there is no such comprehensive policy to create attraction towards education that it can be conside red equal to effort at any level. Especially for women, education seems like a dream. Although some improvement has been seen in the urban areas in recent years, but in proportion to the population, this progress cannot be considered as good as it needs to be. Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) is trying hard to meet this deficiency and will take practical steps in overcoming this deficiency. In this contact practical steps have been taken to provide educational facilities to women which has been started from girls model School Mirbala Union council and now its jurisdiction will be extended to different areas of district Abbottabad. Later on, the project will be extended to the areas where needed. Moreover, in the field of education, the services of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) are not limited only to the women’s education, but by realizing the future conditions, the complete education in information & technology according to the needs of the future is also included in the goals of the trust but its method will be very innovative and unique. This includes the establishment of an IT field in Abbottabad and one IT field will be established in every city of Pakistan. All IT related courses in this IT field will be taught for free and job opportunities will also be provided after learning the course. If an individual does not have his own computer and does not have privacy facilities, he will be provided with space, computers and privacy facilities to work in the field.

Comunity Center

Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) has set up a community center for needy women, especially women and orphan girls, in which the needy women are being trained in various skills including sewing, embroidery, gardening, farming and other craft skills are taught. The sewing and embroidery center currently has sewing machines and related equipment for sewing and embroidery and the center also has female instructors who are supervising the center along with training. Approx 30 women are benefiting from this center. During spring 2024, 30 women were given different vegetable seeds from this center. Further, from this center, the women of the surrounding villages will also be trained in kitchen gardening. Manufacturing of good quality food items at home and various handicraft projects will also be made a part of this community center. The target of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) is to train at least 500 women in a year, in which the number of widows and orphans will be more than 60%. On 20 May 2024, in a function organized at the Community Center Thesi, a large number of respectable of the area participated and appreciated the work of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered). Dr. Muhammad Nazir Awan spoke on this occasion. While talking to the residents, he put his other projects in front of them and once again vowed to complete all his projects with great speed.

We all know that Allah Almighty has placed the sustenance of man inside the earth. It can be in the form of crops and it can also be in the form of underground minerals. If we grow crops or extract minerals from the earth, we can get more profit in less time with modern and simple methods instead of old and outdated traditional methods. Where science has progressed in other fields, there has been a lot of progress in agriculture. A very good yield can be obtained from less land in less time. The living examples of which are the agriculture sectors of Japan and China and we can take full guidance from them. Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) will also create a program to conduct awareness campaigns on farming under modern agricultural principles in the northern regions of Pakistan and the feasibility of building farms in different areas is being leased from the government. It will not only increase the domestic production but also create employment opportunities

IT Fields

The most important development in employment solutions is IT (Information Technology), which is going to be the biggest industry of the future. The journey of development is still going on and there is much more to come. In the near future, almost 80% of the sectors of life will be computerized and their operating will be the job. Therefore, Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) have made a plan to work in the field of IT with various institutions, which will benefit the youth of our country in particular and all people in general. In the future, they will stand side by side with developed nations. In this, provision of fees by the Trust on behalf of poor and needy people to the institutions which are providing education to the students by charging fees or IT related education which is very expensive and the common man cannot afford it including sponsoring the courses is part of the program. Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) plans to create an IT center in every city of Pakistan, where at least 5000 workers can work simultaneously and find jobs.
