Provision of Health care facilities and Cleanliness

According to the World Health Organization assessment report, Pakistan is ranked 122 out of 190 countries. That is, the health facilities in Pakistan are inadequate. According to a survey by Puldat, there is one doctor for every 1000 people and one nurse to support 10 doctors. You already know that unemployment and other health problems are one of the causes of anxiety, depression and stress. Good health facilities are expensive and more than 60 percent of the population is deprived of these facilities due to low income. The deteriorating health situation in Pakistan is seen in the media on a daily basis, which calls for revolutionary measures to improve this sector. In this regard, Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) has ensured the provision of good and excellent health facilities to the poor and indigent by organizing medical camps for the needy and cooperating with various institutions. It has also started a plan to establish various institutions which will be started from Hazara region and gradually their scope will be spread throughout the country. The first step in this regard is the establishment of Hazara Institute of Cardiology (HIC). HIC will be an organization that will provide world-class cardiology facilities initially for the northern regions. Because there is not a single institution in the northern regions that has the machinery and facilities for complete diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. Heart diseases are slightly more common in northern regions than other diseases. This is due to pollution in the region’s climate and poor food supply. Lack of education and awareness of good and balanced diet among people is completely missing. The major goals of HIC are twofold. The first is how we can significantly reduce heart disease by considering our diet and daily actions, and there are many diseases that are caused by just eating in moderation. They can be eliminated completely. Secondly, if someone falls victim to a heart disease despite all the precautions, then all the necessary equipment for his treatment and arranging the latest machinery for this should be improved. Providing doctors will be the goal of HIC. Inshallah HIC will be the first institution in Pakistan to provide free treatment of heart diseases with world class machinery and facilities. The second step of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) is a 20-bed hospital with all facilities in the native village of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) which will be named Ms. Fatima Memorial Welfare Hospital. At least four union councils will benefit from the completion of this project. The standard of treatment in this hospital will be as per international norms. In this, from basic health facilities to advanced and best treatment facilities will be provided to the section of the society who under normal circumstances do not have the power to get these facilities for money. The hospital will initially have 20 beds and 5 ventilators, but it will be increased over time as per the need. In the future, this chain of hospitals will be extended to all the backward areas of the country. The third step of Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) through its regional office is to help people suffering from health problems in other parts of the country who either do not understand their problems or do not know how to solve them. In both cases, it is necessary to tell such people how to identify the problems through awareness campaign and to give the best and best suggestions about its possible solution. Priority will be given to those people who are illiterate and especially women who are not aware. Not only are they uneducated, but they also have the responsibility of taking care of their house and all the household members. In present conditions, we can avoid about 70% of diseases just by keeping our cleanliness and diet moderate. But due to lack of awareness, we do not even ask about this and adopt every harmful method, the reason is that this is happening in our society. Muhammad Zaheer Awan (Shaheed) Welfare Trust (Registered) seeks revolutionary changes in the health sector through its awareness campaign instead of this less knowledgeable and outdated traditional methods.
